1.3 Feedback and Complaints Handling Procedure
Singapore Red Cross welcomes feedback and attends to all complaints promptly. Please call or email us with your feedback.
2.1 Ordering Merchandise from Online Portal
The Singapore Red Cross (SRC) reserves the right to decline an Order for merchandise from the store. Customers will be informed if an ordered product is not available for delivery.
The SRC reserves the right to amend the merchandise terms at any time. The version of the terms in force will be applicable to a concluded purchase order.
Orders are processed subject to availability and to quotas allocated to each product. When the customer receives the ordered merchandise, they must check to ensure it corresponds to their Order.
All product and service depictions are approximate and are provided for referencing purposes only. The inclusion of any products or services on the online portal does not imply or warrant that such products or services will be available.
2.1.1 Payment and Pricing
If you wish to purchase any product made available through our portal service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, its expiration date and security code, the billing address, and any shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction. By submitting such credit card or payment information, You grant Singapore Red Cross the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of any transactions initiated by you or on your behalf.
All prices are fixed and as stated. In the event a product or service available on or through the Service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Singapore Red Cross will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from Singapore Red Cross' vendors, suppliers or otherwise.
All Orders are open to Self Pick-Up option on Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 6pm at Red Cross House-- 15 Penang Ln, Singapore 238486, excluding public holidays.
2.1.3 Inspection of Merchandise and Returns
The customer is responsible for inspecting the quantities and condition of the merchandise upon receipt. If the customer observes any major omissions or damage, they must submit feedback to the SRC Shop+ team within seven days following delivery. SRC reserves the right to reject or ignore any feedback/claims if deemed unreasonable.

2.1.4 Refunds for Merchandise
No refunds on confirmed orders should be made by default. Any refund case will be subjected to SRC’s approval based on a reason deemed valid by us. If by any chance a case of refund is granted, the mode of refund will be made known after prior communication through email has been sent to the following address: Shop@redcross.sg
No refund can be claimed in cases where SRC is forced to cancel an order as a result of force majeure.
By ticking the box “I have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions”, the customer declares that he/she unconditionally accept the SRC terms, is at least 16 years old and has the legal capacity or parental consent to place an Order.
